My background is rooted in scientific rigor, holding a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Basel and a degree in software engineering. Early in my career, I developed diagnostic machine learning models that powered over 50,000 cancer diagnoses worldwide and secured CE/IVD and FDA approvals. This taught me that complex algorithms are only as valuable as the real-world impact and regulatory compliance built around them.
